More Good Stuff!

SEI, like everyone else, spends a lot of time surfing the internet to locate informative software estimating and estimating links. Here are links we find useful:

	International Society of Parametric Analysts (ISPA) home page.
	IEEE Computer Society
	Space Systems Cost Analysis Group (SSCAG)
	Software Technology Support Center (STSC) at Hill AFB is a gold mine of information about software development and estimating. There are lots of links to good software sites.
	Software Engineering Institute (the other SEI) home page.
	Atlantic Systems Guild Inc. (A consulting organization specializing in software and systems development. This is a good source for management concepts as well.)
	USC Center for Software Engineering. They are unfortunately pushing a competing estimating tool, but (with careful sifting) there is useful software estimating information here.
	SoftStarSystems (maker of Costar) is another good software estimating information source. They also build and market a competing tool (for that we forgive them).
